Apologies for the delayed reply.

According to the link you provided, they still tout it as a bi-annual event, returning in 2012. However, according to a comment thread on their Facebook page, Glow won't return until 2013 "due to the economy".

I stopped by the store today & took advantage of their buy one bundtlet, get one free promotion. (I wore my green shirt.) Here are a few price changes:
